Proudly Presenting Our Chef

Meet Chef Andy Foo, a native Singaporean and the Executive Chef at Phat Phat. With deep roots in Southeast Asia and a passion for culinary storytelling, Chef Foo crafts a menu that blends authenticity with modern flair—set within a stylish, open-kitchen environment.

His journey began in childhood, growing up around the vibrant flavors of his mother’s cooking and the dynamic world of restaurants. By his teenage years, he had fully embraced the kitchen as his calling.

Chef Foo’s career has taken him across continents, including time at a Michelin-starred restaurant and leading kitchens from Ireland to Russia. Each step further enriched his vision: to showcase the richness and diversity of Southeast Asian cuisine on a global stage.

From menu creation to team training, Chef Foo is hands-on in shaping Phat Phat as a celebration of Southeast Asian flavors—bold, soulful, and unforgettable.
